What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as flexible as possible. However, to prepare for your event, we purchase fresh ingredients in advance and our dough needs 36 hours to ferment to perfection. That’s why we require a 50% non-refundable deposit to confirm your booking. If you need to reschedule, please give us at least one week’s notice, and we’ll happily move your event to a new date at no additional cost. Full payment is due 48 hours prior to your event, so make sure to settle up to avoid cancellation.
