Can we book last-minute, or is there a minimum notice period?

We all have last minute pizza cravings. Unfortunatley, for most events, we need at least 48 hours’ notice to ensure everything is perfect for your party. Apart from anything, our dough takes 36 hours to ferment to perfection! We’ll always do our best to make your dates work, but securing your party early is the best way to avoid disappointment.
